Service enquiries and bookings
Customers should provide accurate contact, location, appliance and fault information when requesting service. An enquiry or requested time does not guarantee an appointment until Midland Appliance Repair confirms availability.
Assessment and estimates
A quotation or estimate may depend on inspection of the appliance and the information available at the time. If the required work changes after assessment, we will explain the relevant repair before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Access and customer responsibilities
The customer should provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and service location, disclose known hazards or previous repair attempts, and ensure that an authorized adult is available when required.
Repair work and completion
We will carry out agreed repair work with reasonable care. The customer should check the appliance after service when practical and promptly report any concern connected with the completed repair.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated for the relevant service. Customers are responsible for paying agreed charges for authorized work, parts and services.
Repair Warranty
Repairs performed by Midland Appliance Repair are covered by a 1-month warranty. This company warranty is separate from, and does not limit, any statutory rights that may apply independently under applicable consumer law. Any additional warranty conditions should be confirmed with Midland Appliance Repair for the particular service.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, customers should contact us as early as reasonably possible. We may also need to adjust an appointment because of technician availability, access, parts or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Limitations and consumer rights
Appliance faults can have more than one cause, and some problems may only become clear during diagnosis or after testing. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or reduce rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Website use and intellectual property
The website provides general information about Midland Appliance Repair and its services. Website text, branding and original materials may not be copied or reused without permission except where permitted by law. Users must not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google maps or social platforms. We do not control third-party websites, and their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Applicable terms and updates
These terms should be read consistently with applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. We may update them when services or website practices change. The current version will be published on this page.
